You shouldn’t need a developer to advertise. Or an accountant to price your payments.

SMB Tiller manages the technical complexity — the integrations, the credentials, the reporting, the fine print — so you can get on with running the business.

Solutions

Two worlds that got complicated, and one that is arriving.

01

Advertising solutions

Retail media, search, social and local. Four different worlds with four different rulebooks, run from one place.

Advertising solutions

Everywhere you sell, in one place to work.

Each of these has its own console, its own vocabulary and its own idea of what a conversion is. Connect the ones you use and run them all the same way — learn the routine once, not once per platform.

Retail media

Sponsored placements where the customer is already shopping. If you sell on more than one marketplace, connect each of them and work in one place instead of several.

First

Search advertising

Intent you can buy, on the terms your customers actually type — with the negative keywords that stop you paying for the ones they don’t.

Social & local advertising

Being found by the people nearby, and being ready to answer when they get in touch.

Retail media, first

Being built for the leading retail media networks, starting with the two largest.

Sell on three marketplaces and you have three ad consoles, three logins and three reports that never line up. We are building one workspace that covers each retailer you connect, with the same weekly routine on all of them.

The networks publish capable APIs — consuming them means signed requests, partner approval, quota budgets and report pipelines, which is why the tools that do it start at enterprise prices.

Integrations are in progress, not live. Tell us which network you sell on and we will tell you exactly where we are with it.

Where do you sell?

This opens your email app with the message ready to send — nothing is collected by this page. One reply when your network is live, and nothing else. See the privacy policy.

Payments solutions

The right provider, then the real cost.

Most small businesses picked a payments provider once, under time pressure, and have never revisited it. We are not asking anyone to switch — we are making the decision and the bill legible.

Choosing a provider

Which processor actually fits your mix — card-present or online, subscription or one-off, restaurant or storefront or marketplace. An independent read, not a referral.

Card acceptance

Interchange, assessments, markup, and the surcharges that are easy to miss. What you are paying, and which part of it is negotiable.

ACH, RTP and Zelle

When moving money off cards is cheaper, when instant settlement is worth paying for, and when it is not.

Understanding your costs

One view of what collecting revenue costs you each month, and what changed since last month.

Agentic commerce solutions

Soon a customer will send an assistant instead of showing up.

Assistants are beginning to search, book and call on people’s behalf. A business that can be read, quoted and booked by software will get that demand; one that cannot will be skipped without ever knowing. Being ready is mostly unglamorous — published prices, real availability, consistent listings, a line that answers.

This is readiness work, not a new checkout. We are not asking anyone to bet on a payment protocol that has not settled.

By business

Same plumbing. Very different businesses.

A marketplace seller and a plumber have almost nothing in common except the systems they are stuck with.
